Today, Representative Gilbert R. Cisneros, Jr. (CA-39) joins the 39th district in celebrating Lunar New Year 2020, the Year of the Rat.
"Happy Lunar New Year to all those celebrating in California's 39th District and across the county. Every day, I'm proud to represent our district's vibrant Asian American and Pacific Islander community, one of the largest and most diverse in the country, and recognize their many significant contributions to the 39th District. In celebrating the Year of the Rat, I hope this new year is filled with good fortune, health, and prosperity for AAPI families everywhere," said Rep. Cisneros.
Rep. Cisneros is an executive board member of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus (CAPAC).
